This policy does not constitute a guarantee of delivery dates or shipping timeframes, as once a package has been handed to the carrier, all transit and delivery responsibilities fall to the postal service. Delivery delays, scanning errors, lost packages, or other issues occurring while in transit are outside of our control.

 

By placing an order with Aurelia Herb & Harvest, customers acknowledge that shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and not promises made by our business. Aurelia Herb & Harvest is not liable for delays, misdeliveries, or failures caused by the postal service, weather conditions, peak holiday congestion, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

 

If you have concerns about an order or shipment, we will do our best to assist, but ultimate responsibility for transit-related issues rests with the carrier.

Shipping Policy - the basics

At Aurelia Herb & Harvest, every order is packaged with care to ensure your handcrafted botanical goods arrive safely. We ship all orders through USPS and strive to provide clear expectations for processing and delivery.

Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received.
Our typical processing time is:

  • 3–5 business days for regular orders

  • 5–7 business days during holidays or high-volume seasons

  • Pre-order items will ship according to the timeline stated on the product page

Because our products are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and seasonal demand.

Shipping Methods

We ship exclusively through USPS.
Available services include:

  • USPS First Class (for lightweight items)

  • USPS Priority Mail (for faster delivery)

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our hands and is accepted by USPS, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. Aurelia Herb & Harvest is not liable for:

  • Packages delayed in transit

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Lost packages confirmed by USPS

  • Late or missed delivery estimates

  • Weather-related or holiday delays

If your package is marked as delivered but missing, please follow these steps:

  1. Confirm the shipping address used at checkout

  2. Check with neighbors or household members

  3. Look around mailboxes, porches, and alternate delivery spots

  4. Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation

  5. Allow 24–48 hours for possible late scanning by USPS

While we cannot issue refunds for carrier issues, we will do our best to assist you in locating the shipment.
