The products offered by Aurelia Herb & Harvest are handcrafted botanical items intended for aromatic and home-fragrance use only. Our simmer pot blends, bath teas, and herbal products are not intended for consumption, medical use, or therapeutic treatment. Please review all product ingredients before purchase and use them responsibly. Because our items contain natural botanicals and cannot be resold or restocked once opened, all sales are final.

Aurelia Herb & Harvest is not responsible for improper use, allergic reactions, or sensitivities to natural ingredients. Customers assume all responsibility for safe handling, heating, and use of our products. Always monitor simmering items and follow all safety instructions provided.

Refund Policy

Because Aurelia Herb & Harvest creates handcrafted botanical goods — including simmer pot blends, bath teas, and other small-batch aromatic products — each item is made with natural ingredients and cannot be resold or restocked once opened. For this reason, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. All sales are final once an order has been placed.

Our products are intended for aromatic use only and may contain natural botanicals that vary in color, size, and scent. For safety, hygiene, and quality control purposes, we are unable to take back or reuse any returned items. Our refund and return guidelines are designed to reflect the unique, perishable nature of our products while ensuring transparency about how we handle order issues and damaged shipments.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include the following details so we can assist you promptly:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item(s) received

  • A photo of the shipping box and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will be happy to review the situation and arrange a replacement when appropriate.

Lost, Missing, or Delayed Packages

Once your package has been shipped, delivery timelines are the responsibility of the carrier.
Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Packages delayed by the postal service

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not located

  • Packages still in transit

If a package is marked delivered but is missing:

  • Check with neighbors and family members

  • Verify the address used at checkout

  • Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation

  • Allow 24–48 hours for possible late scanning

We will assist you where possible but cannot offer refunds for carrier-related issues.

We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or scent preferences, as botanicals vary naturally in color, shape, and aromatic strength.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Bath teas

  • Herbal products

  • Seasonal or limited-release items

  • Made-to-order items

  • Sale or discounted items

All purchases of these products are final.
