Service Description
PLEASE READ BEFORE SCHEDULING - - - - - Use this calendar to schedule a pickup time for your Aurelia Herb & Harvest order. Pickup times vary by day and are shown directly in the calendar. Pickups will be with Tori at the address shown and will be included in your confirmation email. If you have already made arrangements with Stephanie, please select her name when scheduling. In this case, the calendar selection is simply to let us know when you need your order ready, as your pickup time has already been arranged. If you’d prefer a different pickup arrangement, we’d absolutely be willing to work with you. Feel free to call or text Tori at 605-415-7691 to coordinate. All items are handcrafted in small batches, and pickups are by appointment only. We are closed on major holidays, so pickup times will not be available on those dates. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your pickup, please let us know as soon as possible. We’re always happy to work with you to find a new time that works. Orders not picked up without notice may be subject to rescheduling based on availability. PICKUP & CUSTOM ORDERS POLICY All Aurelia Herb & Harvest orders and services are handcrafted in small batches and prepared with care. This includes seasonal products, made-to-order items, custom gift curation, subscriptions, refill kits, and larger or special orders. PICKUP SCHEDULING Once your order or service is ready, you’ll receive an email with instructions to schedule your pickup time. Pickups are scheduled by appointment to ensure a smooth and timely experience. Please arrive during your selected pickup window and have your order confirmation ready, if applicable. FLEXIBILITY & COMMUNICATION We understand that schedules can change, and we’re always willing to work with you to make pickup as easy as possible. If you need flexibility or have questions about your pickup, please feel free to reach out. We’re happy to help coordinate a time that works for you. CUSTOM ORDERS, GIFT CURATION & LARGE ORDERS In addition to our seasonal collections, Aurelia Herb & Harvest offers custom gift curation for special occasions, party favors, and larger orders. Custom orders are thoughtfully curated and may require additional preparation time depending on quantity, availability, and seasonality. If you’re interested in a custom order, we recommend reaching out in advance to discuss details and timing. All custom and large orders follow the same appointment-based pickup process once ready.
