Due to the nature of our handcrafted botanical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We’re happy to assist and make things right.

Our botanical blends are handcrafted in small batches with intentionally limited ingredient inventory to ensure freshness, quality, and care. Because of this, all special orders — including holiday pre-orders, large event quantities, party favors, and custom requests — require advance planning.

A minimum of 3–4 weeks notice is required for all seasonal, large, or event-based orders.

During holiday seasons and peak times, quantities may sell out before event dates. All pre-orders are prepared and fulfilled in the order they are received. Reserving in advance ensures your blends are handcrafted and set aside specifically for your celebration.

Simmer pot favors and botanical gifts make thoughtful keepsakes that guests can enjoy long after the gathering ends. Each blend is designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere and serve as a meaningful reminder of shared moments and intentional hospitality.

Important Details:

• Large orders are subject to ingredient availability
• Custom labeling, size adjustments, or specialty packaging may be available depending on lead time

MINI SIMMER POT INSTRUCTIONS

(Best for single rooms, bathrooms, or small offices)

• Add herbs to a mini simmer pot (1 SAMPLE pack or ½ of a .5 oz pack).
• Fill the ceramic pot ¾ full with water.
• Light the tea candle and allow the aroma to build slowly.
• Refill water as needed — mini pots evaporate quickly.
• Place on a heat-safe, fireproof surface. Do not leave unattended.
• Reuse herbs for up to 3 days, then compost/discard.

STOVETOP INSTRUCTIONS

(Best for scenting your whole home)

• Add herbs to a pot (½ oz–1 oz recommended).
• Fill pot ⅔–¾ full of water.
• Bring to a gentle boil to activate fragrance.
• Reduce to a low simmer.
• Add water as needed — never allow the pot to run dry.
• Reuse herbs for up to 3 days.

2 QUART CROCKPOT INSTRUCTIONS

(Excellent for all-day fragrance)

• Add herbs to crockpot (½ oz recommended).
• Fill crockpot ¾ full of water (about 5 cups).
• Cover and set to HIGH for 1 hour.
• Remove lid and reduce to LOW.
• Allow the aroma to fill your home all day.
• Reuse herbs for up to 3 days.
