Due to the nature of our handcrafted botanical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

 

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We’re happy to assist and make things right.

Our botanical blends are handcrafted in small batches with intentionally limited ingredient inventory to ensure freshness, quality, and care. Because of this, all special orders — including holiday pre-orders, large event quantities, party favors, and custom requests — require advance planning.

 

A minimum of 3–4 weeks notice is required for all seasonal, large, or event-based orders.

 

During holiday seasons and peak times, quantities may sell out before event dates. All pre-orders are prepared and fulfilled in the order they are received. Reserving in advance ensures your blends are handcrafted and set aside specifically for your celebration.

 

Simmer pot favors and botanical gifts make thoughtful keepsakes that guests can enjoy long after the gathering ends. Each blend is designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere and serve as a meaningful reminder of shared moments and intentional hospitality.

• Custom labeling, size adjustments, or specialty packaging may be available depending on lead time

SIZE GUIDE

 

For snacking:
Enjoy straight from the pouch for a crisp, naturally sweet strawberry snack.

 

For recipes:
Add directly to yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, cereal, trail mix, or baked goods.

 

For rehydrating:
Add strawberries to warm water and allow them to soften for 5–10 minutes. Once rehydrated they can be used in sauces, desserts, or recipes that call for fresh strawberries.

 

BAG FILL NOTICE

All freeze-dried fruits are sold by net weight, not by piece count or volume.

 

Because strawberries vary naturally in size, density, ripeness, and slice thickness, the number of pieces per pouch and the visual fullness of each bag may vary slightly from batch to batch. Some pouches may appear more or less full depending on the size of the slices and natural settling during packaging and shipping.

 

Each pouch is carefully weighed to ensure it contains the exact net weight purchased.

 

You may receive a mix of larger slices, halves, and smaller pieces in each pouch. Minor breakage or settling can occur during packaging and shipping due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried fruit. This does not affect quality or total weight.

To ensure freshness and quality, some Aurelia Herb & Harvest products are prepared as orders are received rather than produced in large pre-made batches. This allows each batch of strawberries to be carefully trimmed, sliced, freeze-dried, and packaged with intention using the freshest fruit available.

 

Many of our freeze-dried strawberry selections — especially trio bundles and larger quantities — are crafted in small batches and may be freshly prepared for your order. Please allow 2-3 business days for preparation before local pickup.

 

Occasionally this may add a short processing time, particularly during peak harvest periods or for larger multi-item orders. Thank you for supporting small-batch goods, seasonal fruit, and intentional handcrafted production.
