Due to the nature of our handcrafted botanical products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours with a photo of the issue. We’re happy to assist and make things right.

Our botanical blends are handcrafted in small batches with intentionally limited ingredient inventory to ensure freshness, quality, and care. Because of this, all special orders — including holiday pre-orders, large event quantities, party favors, and custom requests — require advance planning.

A minimum of 3–4 weeks notice is required for all seasonal, large, or event-based orders.

During holiday seasons and peak times, quantities may sell out before event dates. All pre-orders are prepared and fulfilled in the order they are received. Reserving in advance ensures your blends are handcrafted and set aside specifically for your celebration.

Simmer pot favors and botanical gifts make thoughtful keepsakes that guests can enjoy long after the gathering ends. Each blend is designed to create a warm, inviting atmosphere and serve as a meaningful reminder of shared moments and intentional hospitality.

Important Details:

• Minimum of twenty units per blend for event or large-batch orders
• 3–4 weeks advance notice required
• Large orders are subject to ingredient availability
• Custom labeling, size adjustments, or specialty packaging may be available depending on lead time

Please contact us prior to placing a large or seasonal order so we can confirm quantities, timelines, and ingredient availability. We are always happy to help plan something special whenever possible.

For simmer pots:
Add contents to a small pot with 2–3 cups of water. Simmer gently on low heat, refilling water as needed. Do not leave unattended.

For freeze-dried citrus:
Use directly in drinks, baking, or recipes. To rehydrate, add to warm water and allow to soften for 5–10 minutes.

BAG FILL NOTICE

All simmer packs, botanical blends, and freeze-dried fruits are sold by net weight, not volume or slice count.

Because botanicals and fresh fruit vary naturally in shape, density, thickness, and moisture content, the number of slices per pouch and the visual fullness of each bag may differ slightly from batch to batch. Some pouches may appear more or less full depending on the size of the pieces and natural settling during shipping.

Each pouch is carefully weighed to ensure it contains the exact net weight purchased.

Below are average slice estimates based on current batches:

Zesty Lemon Twist
• 1 oz: approximately 15–18 slices
• 2 oz: approximately 28–32 slices

Lime Burst
• 1 oz: approximately 25–28 slices
• 2 oz: approximately 50–55 slices

Sunny Orange Crunch
• 1 oz: approximately 12–15 slices
• 2 oz: approximately 18–22 slices

You may receive a mix of small, medium, and larger slices in each pouch. Minor settling or breakage may occur during shipping due to the delicate nature of freeze-dried fruit. This does not affect quality or total weight.

To ensure freshness and quality, some Aurelia Herb & Harvest products are prepared as orders are received rather than pre-made in large batches. This allows us to carefully slice, measure, and package each item with intention using the freshest botanicals available.

Many of our freeze-dried citrus selections — especially larger quantities and trio bundles — are handcrafted in small batches and may be made fresh for your order. Please allow 5–7 business days for preparation before shipment or local pickup.
