Elderberry Syrup Kits

This elderberry simmer blend is intended for culinary use and should be prepared according to the included instructions. Once brewed, store syrup in a sealed glass jar in the refrigerator.

If honey is added, the syrup will keep for up to 4 months when refrigerated. If prepared without honey, refrigerate and use within 7–10 days, or freeze in ice cube trays for longer storage. Always use clean utensils when serving and discard if any changes in smell, color, or texture occur.

Each pouch contains 2.3 oz (65 g) of a small-batch elderberry simmer blend, designed to be prepared with 3 cups of water and sweetened to taste.

Suggested Use:
Adults: 1 tablespoon
Children (over 1 year): 1 teaspoon
May be used up to 3 times daily.

Honey is optional and may be adjusted based on preference. Honey should not be given to children under 1 year of age.
